Blueberries
Blueberries provide the same bacteria fighters as cranberries to help guard against urinary tract infections.The list of healthy nutrients in blueberries is extensive: anthocyanins give them their deep blue color and support heart health. Blueberries also contain ellagic acid, beta-carotene, lutein, vitamin C, folate, magnesium, potassium, fiber,antioxidants and phytoflavinoids. Vitamin C, is great for fighting colds. In addition to lowering the risk of cancer and heart disease, blueberries also act as an anti-inflammatory.
