How much water should you drink each day? It’s a simple question with no easy answers. Studies have produced various recommendations over the years, however according to various Dr’s; your water needs depend on many factors, including your health, the medications you are taking, how active is your lifestyle and the location where you live. Majority of the studies recommend Eight 8- ounce glasses of water per day. Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don’t have enough water in your body to carry out normal functions. Even mild dehydration can deplete your energy and make you tired. - Drink a glass of water with each meal and between each meal. (Drink half hour before meal and one hour after meal)
