Watermelon

Watermelon is rich in Vitamins A, B6, and Vit.C . Vitamin A is good for the health of the  eyes. It helps to prevent night blindness and boost the immune system. It  enhances the infection-fighting actions of white blood cells called lymphocytes. Vitamin B6 produce antibodies to help fight diseases and maintain normal nerve function and form red blood cells in the body. The body uses it to break down proteins. Therefore the more protein you eat, the more Vitamin B6 you will need. Vitamin C bolsters the immune system defense against infections and viruses.It also protect the body from free radicals that can accelerate the aging process and condition such as cataracts. Watermelon, the fruit that is really a vegetable. Watermelon can be traced back to Africa and is part of the cucumber and squash family. Watermelon contains high concentrations of  lycopene, an antioxidant that may help reduce the risks of cancer and other diseases. The more fruits and vegetables you eat, the lower the risk of  heart disease.
