There is convincing evidence that alcohol increases the risk of cancer of the mouth, pharynx, larynx, esophagus and breast, as well as colorectal cancer in men. Studies show that alcoholic drinks also probably increase the risk of colorectal cancer in women as well as liver cancer. Alcoholic drinks also lead up to Cirrhosis of the liver. Examples are ham, bacon, pastrami, salami, hot dogs and sausages. American Institute Cancer Research stated that to reduce cancer risk, you should eat no more than 18 oz.
