Definition of Grace

(1)• (Christian theology) the free and unmerited favor or beneficence of God. (2)•(Christian theology) a state of sanctification by God; the state of one who is under such divine influence. (3)a sense of propriety and consideration for others. (4)a disposition to kindness and compassion. (5)elegance and beauty of movement or expression.

2 Corinthians 12:9 (KJV): ” And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”

Ephesians 2:8-9 (KJV): “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.”
